STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

Personal Information
Kindly ensure you provide the relevant information pertaining to the student in the fields provided below
 
  1. THE CLASSROOM (PVT) LTDhave the rights of admission and to reject any and even have the right to expel any student
  2. Registration fee must be paid full in advance at the time of admission, and non-refundable.
  3. Fee for one time/monthly courses must be paid full in advance at the time of admission or in the first week of every month.
  4. The fee can be changed any time of the year byTHE CLASSROOM (PVT) LTD.
  5. Students shall work hard and complete the course within prescribed period of time. If any student discontinue classes without intimation AND/OR prior permission from administration and wishes to rejoin after conclusion of session then he/she will have to clear the dues.
  6. Student must remain regular and punctual during the entire session.
  7. Use of cell phones is prohibited within the premises ofTHE CLASSROOM (PVT) LTD.
  8. Students shall co-operate and behave properly with the teachers, staff and classmates.
  9. Student shall not indulge in any immoral, unethical or political activities.
  10. If any student is found carryingTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD belongings outside the campus, He/ She will be expelled fromTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD and nothing will be refunded.
  11. The Student will not be permitted to leaveTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD during his/her class timings, Special approval will be required for such instances
  12. In case the student is consistently underperformingTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD reserves the right to take corrective action or expulsion of the student.
  13. Any student will not be allowed to enter in the premises withoutTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD identity card.
  14. Parents are requested to check attendance and results on monthly basis and make sure that they visit/callTHE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD periodically, to discuss student’s progress.
  15. THE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD will not be held responsible for any sudden change in admission policy or test date of any university & board registration. It is the responsibility of the student to keep himself/herself updated about the test dates and policies.
  16. THE CLASSROOM(PVT) LTD reserves the right to cancel admission of any student without any explanation to anyone.

Kindly ensure the number you provide is easily accessible, 24/7 by the guardian, and is active, on both WhatsApp and Local Networks
